Its rules apply to all road users: pedestrians, horse riders and cyclists, as well as motorcyclists and drivers"
This soft-back publication (11mm x 20.5mm) contains 100 pages in colour.
Many of the rules have the force of law and therefore to disobey them is to commit a criminal offence. Knowing and observing the rules helps to reduce road accidents.
